On Sunday, 26 April 2026 at 2 pm, come hear Alika as part of Jazzkaar at our leather studio in a different light than you are used to. The powerful, expressive voice of one of Estonia's most distinctive young artists will sound here in an intimate duo format, together with guitarist Markus Nurmsaar.
The programme features Alika's own songs — where sensitive pop, whispered melodies and personal stories weave together.
Alika (Alika Milova) is an Estonian indie-pop artist who in 2023 won both Estonian Idol and Eesti Laul, going on to represent Estonia at Eurovision in Liverpool. Her song „Bridges" has gathered over 17 million streams on Spotify. She is signed to Universal.
Markus Nurmsaar is a young multi-instrumentalist who has stood out as guitarist in Alika Milova's band and as keyboardist with Carlos Ukareda, the funk/soul ensemble Before the Outro, and the band Analoog. He has also contributed to special projects such as the Koit Toome × Alika Milova Christmas tour and the concert series „Kummardus sulle, Queen". Markus works as a producer as well, having crafted the backing for Eiki's song „Pudedaks lumeks".
