Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Once we get the return, we’ll refund the product price within 14 days. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Our items are crafted in our studio in Tallinn, in Telliskivi Creative City and all bags are marked with the names of the artisans who made it. Once you receive the bag, look inside it to discover who has made it.
Our small leather goods are made from vegetable-tanned leather. It’s a durable, long-lasting material that ages beautifully with use.
Unlike bags, they don’t require regular care. Because they’re often in your hands or pockets, they experience more friction and contact. Hand sweat and everyday rubbing can cause the leather to darken and develop a deeper tone, especially in lighter shades. This is a natural part of the material and it develops character through wear.
If the leather starts to feel dry or gets scratches, a small amount of natural leather balm is enough. No heavy treatment needed.
